We had a really great experience with Cappadocia Online Booking. They were very helpful, patient, friendly and super informative. They explained the different hot air balloon ride options clearly and gave us a few good suggestions on which one would be most suitable for our family. Honestly our decision was very sudden. We were still in Istanbul and randomly decided that we wanted to ride a hot air balloon. Even with such short notice, they managed to arrange everything for us, including a private transfer from Kayseri Airport for 100 euro, which we felt was very reasonable. The driver arrived on time and drove us straight to the hot air balloon base site early in the morning. After the balloon ride, they also arranged the transfer back and even dropped us at the Goreme Open Air Museum, which made everything so convenient for us. Everything was smooth and well organised. Honestly this was like the most increible experience ever! I mean, being up in the sky with the sunrise slowly painting the unique cappadocia landscape, it was just surreal. Our pilot was so friendly and reassured, which really helped calming my early nerves. Felt like floating in a beautiful painting with all those balloons aroun us. Waking up before dawn has never been so magical. As the balloon lifted us up slowly into the sky, we were surrounded by dozens more, each brightly colored and rising silently with the sun. The feeling was surreal, like being in a floating dreamland! Once up in the air, we had this incredible view of those whimsical, rocky landscapes that only Capadocia offers. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have some nerves before the flight, but as soon as the balloon glided above the valleys, it was pure bliss. It was simply amazing. From the pick up from the hotel to the drop off to the hotel. The experience was worth every cent. The thrill and the feeling are unparalleled. The pilot Ahmed was brilliant from the funny jokes he used, to the balloon management. He has landed right to the platform. If I go back to Cappadocia I definitely use their services again.

They picked up us on time, Which was already communicated to us. when we reached office they offered a welcoming Coffee. Then we headed to Ballon takeoff point. At take off point Tea and coffee was availble for free. Then we headed to Ballon basket and after a breif saftey information we take off. every staff meember greeted us with smile and even helped us take photos. and we were also provided snacks. The flight was really amazing and adventurous. After we landed we celebrated with Champagne and They drop us back to our hotel. Overall we enjoyed and that was once in a lifetime adveture. i highly recommend Rainbow ballons for this adventure
It was amazing! Super safe and went throughout the valley as well as on top of Göreme. Lots of balloons in the air and plenty of opportunities for good pictures. Guides were super professional and I can’t believe how well we landed, we didn’t even have to do anything. Overall very enjoyable experience, had a lot of fun and got a champagne shower at the end with our flight certificates. They also record 360 video which you can purchase optionally.

The set up is professional, and they kept a continuous control of where all the other balloons were at all times - and there were an awful lot of them, but that's what makes this a special experience - the wierd and wonderful scenery and all the other balloons around you.

My husband and I came to Cappadocia for our honeymoon, and this sunrise hot air balloon tour was the highlight! It was completely worth it—so gorgeous! They picked us up at 4:45 AM (early but totally fine for this experience!) and took us to HQ for snacks and coffee/tea before heading to the balloons. Watching them set up the balloon and basket was so cool—such a unique part of the experience! Our flight was around 45 minutes, and while I wish it had been longer, it was the BEST 45 minutes ever! My only little complaint was that the basket was a bit crowded, making it tricky to snap photos if you want to be in them and not just the views—but hey, the views are stunning either way! Getting in and out of the basket was an adventure—I thought for sure I’d faceplant 😂, but don't worry, the crew helps you out! The driver arrived to our hotel on time, was really nice and answered to all our question during the short trip to pick up the other participants and to the main office. Once at the office they offer us a really good breakfast, with tea and coffee, while we waited for thenpilots to confirm the weather conditions for the flight. We then jumped back to the van to be taken to the departing area. The flight was great, the pilots were really nice and explained a lot about the baloon and the areas we flew above. My patner and I made the desition to do the ballon experience. We did some researches (market) and we found it. We contact them by whatsapp and they provide us with some information about the experience. We paid the reservation (50%) by card and then we paid the rest in Cash. They picked us early in the morning in for our Hotel. We went in a balloon with around 20 people. We flew for 1.10 hs Then we talked with the driver to drop us in Goreme instead the hotel. The experience was really good, they are profesional and help them to feel comfy all the time. Worth it.
